As our Head Chef, you will lead a team of Chefs, Cooks, and Catering assistants in preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our residents.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing an innovative, varied, and nourishing meal service that meets resident needs and preferences
• Creating, presenting, and serving meals in an aesthetically pleasing manner that encourages enjoyment for consumers
• Promoting and maintaining a safe food environment, including the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and associated areas
• Ensuring that team practices are informed by client experience and feedback is regularly sought and provided
• Responsibly initiating opportunities for improvement to support team effectiveness and positive client outcomes

This is a full-time role.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and contribute to our groundbreaking 'Happy Tables project.'

You will possess a Cert IV in Commercial Cookery and demonstrated experience leading a high-volume kitchen catering team.

You will also possess a current NDIS check clearance, open driver's license, and full Australian work rights.
