About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional coaching, training, and mentoring skills, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. They should have experience as a John Deere Technician, Agronomist, or background in Precision Ag. Knowledge of construction/forestry equipment is desirable.

  • Coordinate customer demonstrations, clinics, and product optimization days
  • Assist in start-ups and optimizations of new machinery and solutions
  • Ensure quality machine data capture and proper delivery of third-party recommendations
  • Provide feedback on quality control procedures
  • Participate in dealership promotions events and field days
  • Maintain current production practices and product knowledge
  • Create solutions to optimize machine performance based on customer requirements
  • Offer technical assistance for internal service teams
