About the Trainee Business Role

This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in business and customer experience support.

  • You will assist with delivering excellent customer experiences for local community members by responding to enquiries across multiple channels and providing clear, accurate information about Council services.
  • During the 1-year traineeship, you will complete a Certificate III in Business online through a reputable educational institution.

We are looking for someone who is willing to be part of a positive safety culture while adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures. You should have completed Year 10 with passes in English and Mathematics, and hold a minimum of a provisional Queensland drivers' licence (or ability to obtain).
