Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Crown Hotel Traralgon. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading our dining operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and implementation in collaboration with our culinary team
• Function planning and organization to ensure seamless events
• Purchasing and inventory management to maintain budgetary control
• Stock level monitoring and financial transaction recording
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and health regulations compliance
• Customer satisfaction assessment and feedback
• Staff supervision, training, and rostering to ensure optimal service delivery
• Greeting customers, taking reservations, and managing orders
• Assisting management with restaurant promotion and marketing activities

Requirements:

• Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years' experience, or more than 3 years' industry experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in all key responsibilities
• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry
• A strong work ethic and flexibility to work varied shifts
• Experience in supervising and training staff
• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
