Transformative Product Design Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our product design vision forward. As a hands-on leader, you will be actively involved in designing user experiences while also managing and mentoring the current design team.

This role requires end-to-end design responsibilities, from user research and prototyping to delivering final UI mockups. You will provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and help foster a culture of design excellence and growth.

Your Impact

  • Define and execute a bold product design strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Simplify complex AI-driven workflows into seamless, intuitive user experiences.
  • Scale and lead a high-performing product design team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to drive user-centered design strategies.
  • Advocate for design thinking across the organization and champion user research to deeply understand customer needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in UX and UI design, particularly in complex SaaS platforms.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience growing and mentoring design teams.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a history of delivering intuitive and impactful product designs.
  • Technical aptitude with an understanding of variables, system interactions, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Experience driving design strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into clarity through research, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Experience balancing hands-on design work with leadership responsibilities.
  • Passion for AI and the future of automation in work.
