Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders across multiple business units to elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve issues.
  • Perform system mapping and gap analysis to determine viable solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to ensure clear alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Apply analytical rigor to investigate operational challenges and opportunities.
  • Manage requirements scope to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation.
