Key Role in Delivering a Sustainable Future

The Mechanical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our landmark urea project.

This is a site-based position, based on a 19:9 rotation to our Perdaman project in Karratha, WA.

Our project, CERES, is a joint venture with Saipem, delivering Western Australia's largest and one of the world's largest urea plants. The plant will feature the most sustainable production processes, generating significant benefits for the local community through job creation, training opportunities, and sustained career growth.

We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join our team, reporting directly to the Construction Manager. Key responsibilities include overseeing site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. This involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines.
