We are seeking an experienced Customer Care professional to join our team at the Stockland Forster Shopping Centre. As a key member of our centre management team, you will be responsible for addressing diverse customers' needs and values, providing an exceptional service that aligns with our brand essence.

The successful candidate will have prior experience delivering great face-to-face customer service and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will also have sound administrative skills and be competent using MS Office Outlook and Excel.

This is a part-time position, working three days per week. We are flexible with the specific days, which can be discussed further during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Gather, qualify, and quantify customer feedback, complaints, and compliments and effectively communicate these to the business
  • Maintain OH&S standards and procedures and address all health, safety, and environmental issues
  • Follow public liability incident management processes
About You
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate resilience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to show initiative

Average annual salary: AU$45,000 - AU$60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
