Assembly Technician

WorkPac is seeking a skilled Assembly Worker to join our team in Helidon. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling Non-Electric and Electronic Detonators on manual and automated machines.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for the world's largest provider of commercial explosives and innovative blasting systems to the mining, quarrying, oil and gas, and construction markets. As an Assembly Worker, you will be trained to operate the manufacturing machines safely, efficiently, and effectively to address production and distribution requirements.

• Assemble Non-Electric and Electronic Detonators on manual and automated machines
• Operate manufacturing machines safely, efficiently, and effectively
• Meet production and distribution requirements
• Work in a rotating roster across days and nights

• High attention to detail
• Strong commitment to safety
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and committed to attendance in the workplace
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Police check
• Willing and able to obtain Explosive Security Clearance Card
