Multiskilled Operators

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Operator to join our team at a coal mine in NSW. This is a permanent full-time position with a stable and reputable mine owner operator.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in production mining, with experience on various machinery including graders, dozers, trucks, excavators, and drills. They will also have a strong tenure in their employment history and be able to undergo and pass a full Order 43 Coal Services Health medical & D&A Test.
The role offers a competitive salary of $131,749 + $29k bonus + Super, as well as relocation assistance and a 5/5/4/4 roster with days and nights. The mine has a positive site culture, with low turnover and a strong focus on safety and productivity.
About the Role- Operate a range of heavy equipment including graders, dozers, trucks, excavators, and drills
- Work in a production mining environment with a focus on safety and productivity
- Collaborate with a team of experienced operators to achieve production targets
- Participate in regular training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- 3+ years of experience in production mining with a strong background in heavy equipment operation
- Strong tenure in your employment history with a minimum of 3 years of continuous service
- Able to undergo and pass a full Order 43 Coal Services Health medical & D&A Test
- Driver's licence and passport/birth certificate
- Able to provide recent employment referees
