**Childcare Centre Leadership Opportunity**

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, and staff.
• Contribute to the development of educational programs.
• Ensure smooth centre operations in line with regulations and policies.
• Oversee centre presentation internally and externally.
• Promote and market the service to increase utilization and manage waiting lists.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) or Diploma working towards ECT.
• Leadership experience in early childhood education and care.
• Understanding of the National Quality Framework.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Experience in curriculum development, parent and community engagement, staff training, and team leadership.
• Ability to develop high-quality programs and foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
