We are seeking a compassionate individual to support our Lifestyle Team in enhancing the quality of life and well-being of our residents.

The successful candidate will engage in friendly conversations, participate in lifestyle activities, and provide emotional support as part of our dedicated team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Lifestyle Team in implementing group or individual lifestyle programs that enhance the quality of life and well-being of our residents.
• Engaging in friendly conversations and active listening with residents.
• Participating in lifestyle activities such as games, arts and crafts, or music sessions.
• Accompanying residents on short walks or outings.
• Assisting with reading, writing, or other lifestyle activities based on residents' interests.
• Providing emotional support and a compassionate presence.

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate and empathetic in nature.
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and understanding when interacting with older adults.
• Respectful of cultural diversity and willing to learn about residents' backgrounds.
• Reliable and punctual.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
