About the RoleThis challenging position involves working with young people who have complex needs and behaviours within a trauma-informed framework.
Responsibilities- To create a safe, nurturing home-like environment, ensuring our residents' physical and emotional well-being.
- To work closely with families and other support services, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care) or equivalent qualification is required.
- A valid Australian driver's license and current working rights are essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate will be willing to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check.
- A Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid, and CPR qualifications are also mandatory.
