HCF Australia, a leading not-for-profit health fund, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to join our vibrant and fast-paced team. As we embark on our business strategy, we recognize the critical role that our people play in achieving our goals.

Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to work within the Marketing Automation & Capability team to ensure strong collaboration with stakeholders, leading and coordinating the design, build, QA, and deployment of member-driven campaigns. You will implement best practice frameworks in executing and optimising 1:1 communications, campaigns, and journeys within HCF's own channels: email, direct mail, SMS, online transactional messaging, and app notifications.

You will work closely with the Marketing team to test and learn from campaigns, advising on optimisation opportunities in line with campaign objectives and expected outcomes. Additionally, you will support your senior manager in training and upskilling the team to deliver BAU campaigns and marketing automation, while embedding processes and compliance checks.

About you

To thrive in this environment, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations
  • Advanced expertise in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
  • Proficiency in SQL and data structures, enabling you to manage and manipulate data effectively
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • A strong understanding of 1:1 communication, including compliance and regulatory impact
  • Knowledge of end-to-end Customer Journeys and their dependencies
