Intensive Care Unit nursing is a high-stakes profession that requires dedication, compassion and strong clinical skills. We are seeking experienced Division One Registered Nurses to participate in a 6-month discovery program designed to equip them with the knowledge and expertise necessary to excel in this dynamic environment.

The successful applicant will have a strong foundation in acute nursing, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of professional development. This will be supported through our well-established structured program, which includes:

  • Comprehensive orientation days to ensure a smooth transition
  • A series of educational study days focused on intensive care clinical skills

This program aims to provide participants with the opportunity to develop their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, while honing their skills in patient assessment and management. The program also places a strong emphasis on leadership development, providing participants with the tools they need to succeed as leaders in their chosen field.
