As a seasoned hospitality leader, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance of our hotel, driving growth and revenue through exceptional leadership and strategic decision-making.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the hotel, including food & beverage, rooms division, and revenue management.
  • Prepare detailed reports on financial budgets and targets for review by senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop commercial acumen to drive profitability and success, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, property owners, guests, and regional shared services.
  • Maintain high product and service standards while balancing revenue and expenses.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team that drives customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in a corporate hotel, with a strong understanding of Food & Beverage and Events.
  • Lead by example, creating an environment where employees feel empowered and motivated to achieve their best.
  • Confidence in building strong relationships, resolving complex issues, and implementing solutions that improve service levels and financial results.
  • Past experience working with body corporates in a Management Letting Rights (MLR) setting is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of key metrics impacting hospitality businesses, driving top-line revenue and motivating teams to achieve similar results.
  • Hold a current Real Estate Licence (Class 1), advantageous but not essential.
