About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at Real Estate Dynamics as a Rent Roll Broker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and building rapport with potential sellers, helping them through the selling process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential sellers, providing guidance and support throughout the selling process
  • Create presentation opportunities for buyers and sellers, showcasing the benefits of our services
  • Convert buyer and seller leads into clients and customers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results
  • Support buyers in their journey, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a smooth transaction

About You

  • You possess a strong background in real estate, with experience in leadership or management roles
  • You have excellent people skills, with a customer-focused approach and a proven track record of delivering results
  • You are driven, motivated, and enjoy achieving targets, with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • You possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
  • You are punctual, focused, and deliver consistent and dependable results

Requirements

  • You must hold a current Real Estate Licence or Agent Representative Certificate in a nominated State or Territory
  • You will be required to maintain your Real Estate Licence or Registration in at least one State or Territory
