We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Mortgage Professional to join our retail stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments with high-intent customers, guiding them through the home loan journey from search to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Develop relationships with customers and identify their needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Lending Expertise: Utilize knowledge of mortgage products and services to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Deal Submission: Submit deals to our in-house processing team, freeing up time to focus on customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
  • Sales or Customer Service Background: Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Drive and Determination: A strong desire to contribute to the growth of your retail store.
  • Australian Working Rights: Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
