Caregiver Leader

We are a child-safe organization dedicated to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Our childcare center offers a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources.

As an Educator at our center, you will:

• Guide and spark a love of learning that stays with our little learners for life

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
• Availability to work Monday to Friday across various shift patterns
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
