About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rural Manager to join our Bundaberg branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rural clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of rural clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve business goals, including profitability, client satisfaction, and credit quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to add value to clients and drive business growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a banking account management role, preferably in rural banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
