About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team at Lotus Therapy. As a Speech Therapist - Paediatric Specialist, you will work with children and families to provide individualized assessment and intervention services. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized assessment and intervention services to children and families in our clinic and community settings.
  • Work with the neurodivergent community, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and Downs Syndrome.
  • Develop and implement long-term therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Current tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • Current Registration with Speech Pathology Australia or AHPRA.
  • Current Professional Indemnity Cover.
  • Current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle for mobile visits when required.
