Operations Leader

The Role

As an Operations Leader, you will play a critical role in:

  • Leading the team to collectively execute all operational areas of the warehouse (including planning)
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify, measure, monitor, and adapt requirements and KPIs
  • Investigating operational issues, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring improvements; looping in relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and legal regulations
  • Monitoring progress, providing performance feedback, and identifying training needs
  • Couching and mentoring team members to support their professional development
  • Fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture
  • Managing disciplinary matters in partnership with HR and management
  • Supporting other ad-hoc duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred. We require at least 5 years of management experience in a contract logistics environment, with a proven track record of managing sizable teams and driving results-oriented initiatives. Industry exposure to fashion retail and/or FMCG is highly valued.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to lead diverse teams and work independently under pressure. Fluency in spoken and written English is also required.
