About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Casual Merchandiser to join our team at Strikeforce AMC. As a Casual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising and maintaining our non-alcoholic products in stores across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchandise and maintain our products in stores, ensuring they are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with store staff and other stakeholders to ensure our products are promoted and sold effectively.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and merchandising goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, pricing, and promotions.
- Identify and report any issues or opportunities for improvement to the team.
Requirements
- Australian Driver's License and a reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
- The right to work in Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items.
- Flexibility to work extra hours during peak periods.
