Director of R&D Tax and Government Incentives

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Brisbane office as the Director of R&D Tax and Government Incentives. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader to spearhead a high-performing team, providing expert advice on R&D tax incentives to a diverse range of clients.

  • Oversee a team of professionals in providing R&D tax incentive advice to various companies from start-ups to multinationals.
  • Hire and develop new talent to enhance the team's expertise and capabilities.
  • Mentor and train team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Effectively manage internal stakeholders and client relationships to drive business growth and success.
  • Participate in annual reviews and career development meetings with team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience at the Director level.
  • The ability to lead and grow a high-performing team.
  • A passion for building and creating a positive office culture.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • A degree qualification in Science, Commerce, Technology, or a related field.
