**Position Overview**

As a Landscape Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the upkeep and vitality of all lawns, gardens, planter boxes, and indoor/outdoor pots.
  • Assisting with the maintenance and repair of irrigation systems to promote efficient water usage.
  • Performing routine maintenance on mechanical equipment and water distribution systems to guarantee reliability.
  • Keeping accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities for all plant and equipment.
  • Executing maintenance tasks as scheduled through the hotel's Property Management System.

**Qualifications**
  • Previous experience or formal training in the hospitality sector, particularly in a high-standard hotel or fast-paced environment.
  • A solid understanding of customer service principles.
  • Ability to maintain hotel gardens in compliance with health and safety standards with minimal supervision.
