The organization maintains a standard 5-day work week and currently oversees 15 active projects throughout Victoria. You will be part of a company with established relationships in Government projects and a loyal client base. This award-winning builder emphasizes internal promotions and prioritizes employee welfare through regular salary evaluations and additional support programs.

Role Overview
In this position, you will collaborate with seasoned Contract Administrators and Project Managers to facilitate the successful execution of commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting project delivery and scheduling
  2. Assisting in tender negotiations, variations, and contract management
  3. Evaluating project scopes and analyzing trade breakdowns
  4. Maintaining and distributing the drawing register
  5. Organizing meetings with subcontractors, teams, and clients
  6. Coordinating Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) requirements
  7. Processing invoices
  8. Contributing to the financial oversight of projects
Candidate Requirements:
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
  1. A relevant degree in Construction
  2. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Graduate on Commercial Projects
  3. A proactive and diligent work ethic
  4. Unlimited working rights in Australia
