About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead/Engineer to join our team at dnata, a leading air services provider. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the secure and resilient operation of our IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including operating systems, tools, and networking technologies.
  • Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data protection and information security.
  • Provide exceptional end-user support, inspiring and enabling our teams to achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Domain (AD, DNS, Group Policy, SCCM), AzureAD, Azure & Office365, and multi-tenanted environments and Windows 10/11.
  • Experience with Cisco/Meraki product suite, managing large EUC environments, and MDM platforms SOTI and Intune.
  • Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, etc.) and knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, Essential8).
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to multi-task, manage, and prioritize a varied workload.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
