Early Childhood Educator - Centre Support Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to support our Centre Manager in providing exceptional care and education to our children and families.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is committed to working collaboratively with our team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

In this role, you will have the chance to contribute to the development of high-quality programs and embed policies and procedures that promote child-focused practices and routines.

You will also be responsible for creating lasting connections with our families, staff, and the wider community, while supporting the Centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold or be willing to study towards a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, as well as possessing current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training certificates.

A current Working with Children check (or Blue Card), Child Protection Certificate, and relevant Food and Fire Safety Certificates are also essential requirements.
