Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This position will support the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture, a 50/50 joint venture between Downer and CPB Contractors to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing Defence infrastructure and facilities.

The Quality Assurance Specialist role will be based in Wagga Wagga. We encourage local candidates to apply, or those willing to relocate. Attractive relocation incentives are available to the successful candidate.

The primary focus of this role will be to implement and maintain the project quality management system, including development of work process documentation. The successful candidate will provide guidance, support, coaching and/or mentoring on quality related matters/issues to Site and Project engineers, Foremen and workforce.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems and be able to demonstrate their ability to effectively manage and improve construction quality and verification processes in accordance with the deed and the Quality Plan.
