About the Role

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will work with a high-performing team passionate about digital delivery. You will support the team in delivering projects across diverse infrastructure and development initiatives, focusing on core civil engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding urban development principles, particularly site planning and servicing.
  • Ability to work across multiple, interrelated disciplines like infrastructure layout, earthworks design, pavements, and stormwater drainage.
  • Familiarity with site grading and level design.
  • Basic knowledge of sewer and water reticulation systems.
  • Exposure to or willingness to learn civil design software (e.g., Civil 3D, AutoCAD).
  • Understanding of construction documentation and civil deliverables (plans, specifications, schedules).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply engineering judgment to real-world design constraints.
  • Comfortable collaborating with other disciplines (structural, architectural, geotechnical).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and design reporting.
