About the Job

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering efficient services, systems, and processes that align with legislation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a service delivery team across multiple channels, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure team efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness in meeting service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review, challenge, and improve systems and processes, ensuring they meet QLeave's policies and strategic plan.
  • Manage risk and performance reporting frameworks, providing insights to inform decision-making.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leaders on services and functions of the Register Assurance team.
  • Manage team and individual performance matters, fostering a culture of motivation and growth.
