Role Overview

We're seeking a motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a sales consultant. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Provide an exceptional customer experience by offering great service, excellent product knowledge, and seamless point-of-sale transactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize available tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share that knowledge with customers.
  • Store Operations: Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by effectively managing stock and loss prevention.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure visual merchandising is maintained and the store is visually presented in accordance with brand standards.
  • Teamwork: Live and role-model the Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results.
