Our childcare services have been at the heart of communities for over 40 years, with our first early learning service opening in Brisbane.

We are recruiting Childcare Educators on a casual basis to join our service.

About the Service:

Our childcare service is located at Gainsborough State School in Pimpama. The service offers Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care between 6:30am and 6pm.

The activities and plans reflect real world experiences and home settings, encouraging a sense of community amongst children, facilitating leadership skill development and social skills practice in a supported environment.

Our philosophy blends the Mission with National Quality Framework 'My Time Our Place' and Gainsborough State School's educational principles to develop engaging and FUN activities.

About the Role:

As a Childcare Educator, you will be responsible for the care of children before school, after school and during school holiday periods. You'll assist in running fascinating, fun-filled and educational activities with primary school children.

You hold a Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor degree in the field of children's services or similar

You have a fantastic sense of fun and imagination

You hold or are willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR certification

You hold a Positive Notice Blue Card or are willing to obtain one
