Digital Transformation Automation Specialist

As a seasoned automation specialist, you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation for organizations worldwide. This role involves leveraging low-code enterprise automation to deliver high-impact transformation in enterprises.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze requirements to design efficient solutions.
- Design integration requirements with other third-party platforms.
- Develop data models that meet business needs.
- Establish architectural and development standards for projects in adherence to best practices.
- Prepare high-level technical specifications for solutions.
- Conduct frequent code reviews to ensure quality delivery.
- Interact with customers daily, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Present demos to customers, showcasing solution capabilities.
- Lead sprint ceremonies, ensuring timely project releases.
- Plan and execute project releases.
- Collaborate with users to conduct thorough testing.
- Deploy applications efficiently.
- Enable the development team to reach new heights.
- Oversee infrastructure setup for on-premise projects.
- Work closely with off-shore teams during the development phase.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of networks and OS platforms.
- Apply agile development methodologies effectively.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Mid-senior level experience preferred.
