Assistive Technology Solutions Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven professional to join our organization, servicing the Gold Coast and Ballina region.

  • Conducting equipment trials and demonstrations of assistive technology equipment to a broad range of clients in the community.
  • Becoming a product knowledge expert of assistive technology products to provide exceptional advice and recommendations on equipment solutions to therapists, clients, and their families.
  • Building and developing relationships with allied health professionals and clients within the community by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge expertise.
  • Creating new business opportunities by conducting clinical education and product in-service events for new and existing referrers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Must be comfortable with conducting product trials and selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to establish relationships and provide education and support to health professionals, clients, and their families.
  • Australian citizenship or Australian permanent residency is also required.
