**Rug Cleaning Professional**

We are seeking a dedicated individual who excels in providing high-quality cleaning and restoration services for various types of rugs. This role involves working with dry cleaning, steam cleaning, hand cleaning, bathing, repairing, decontaminating, odour control, and moth control methods.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, and managing warehouse duties such as unpacking deliveries, washing rags, and emptying bins.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lifting and handling rugs
  • Providing accurate quotes for rug cleaning and restoration services
  • Completing rug cleaning, restoration, and drying tasks
  • Communicating effectively with customers regarding their queries and concerns
  • Assisting with warehouse operations

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude. You must also have or be willing to obtain police clearance and demonstrate proven organisational skills.
