Construction Scaffolding Project Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Supervisor with a background in scaffolding and high-risk access equipment to join our team at CPB Contractors Pty Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work on a major infrastructure project that will leave a lasting legacy for the city of Brisbane.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the utilisation of all on-site resources, ensuring all workers are inducted onto site, monitoring construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards, and managing site security and material deliveries.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a focus on safety and risk management. The ideal candidate will have experience managing self-performed works and sub-contractors, as well as a proven track record of working successfully within fast-paced project environments.
The estimated salary range for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role
- Coordinate and supervise the utilisation of all on-site resources;
- Ensure all workers are inducted onto site before commencing work;
- Monitor construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards;
- Manage site security and material deliveries;
- Ensure all operations are performed in accordance with agreed safe methods of work;
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a similar role in the Construction industry;
- Experience managing self-performed works and sub-contractors;
- Experience on major scaffolding structures;
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a fast-paced project environment;
- Hold proven verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Focus and commitment to a zero-harm environment;
