We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to be the welcoming face of our park.

  • Provide a high standard of customer service.
  • Process guest check-ins and outs.
  • Accurately use the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.
  • C coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation.
  • Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest.
  • Complete day-to-day office administration.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests.
Requirements
  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Possess a passionate commitment to delivering exceptional Guest experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS - essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Current drivers license essential.
