Construction Site Team Member

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our installation and dismantling crew, you will work on residential scaffolding projects in the Caloundra region.

About the Role:

  • Work from heights to install and dismantle scaffold systems, ensuring safe and timely completion of customer projects.
  • Interpret plans and specifications to guide your work.
  • Load and unload equipment from trucks, securing loads effectively.
  • Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and submit required reports.

Requirements:

  • Ticketed Scaffolder with relevant experience.
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport to branch.
  • Availability for up to 40-50 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Strong commitment to our safety-first culture.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
