Job Overview:

As Senior Capital Markets Origination Expert, you'll be responsible for supporting the Head of Global Capital Markets across all aspects of the client portfolio, including bond origination and execution. You'll work closely with our partners in ING's value chain to deliver best-in-class advice and execution for bond funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate multi-currency bond transactions for existing and potential clients
  • Drive execution on mandated transactions
  • Manage external client relationships as senior originator/deal principal
  • Provide regular market updates and funding recommendations to clients

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant DCM (origination) experience
  • Related tertiary degree or industry qualification
  • Solid expertise in structuring and advising clients regarding their capital structure and finance solutions
  • Proven experience in Non-Financial Risk frameworks and reviewing finance documentation
  • Previous experience in credit/lending focused areas
