Job Title: Senior Financial Systems Leader

Job Summary: As a key finance leadership role, this position bridges finance, technology, security, vendors, and leadership to ensure financial systems are integrated, reliable, and compliant. This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of finance applications, including planning, upgrades, patching, and security.

Responsibilities:

  • Application Lifecycle Management: Plan, upgrade, patch, and secure finance applications throughout their full lifecycle.

  • Act as Liaison: Be the primary liaison with application vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal Technology and Security policies and governance to maintain a secure and reliable environment.

  • Monitor Performance: Monitor performance and provide technical support for finance systems to identify areas for improvement.

  • Integration and Data Management: Manage data flows and interfaces between satellite systems and core finance platforms to ensure seamless integration.

  • Finance Operations Support: Oversee month-end processes, including subledger-to-GL reconciliations and TM1 rollovers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Maintain Chart of Accounts: Maintain the Chart of Accounts and train new finance team members to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.

  • Audit Support: Provide audit support and deliver performance reporting to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience Requirement: Proven experience managing finance or enterprise systems, upgrades, and application lifecycles.

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar senior finance systems role with demonstrated financial analysis, financial systems analysis, and project management skills.

  • Financial Understanding: Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and risk management to make informed decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Able to operate comfortably in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
