About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Your main task will be to collect trolleys using a company vehicle around the carpark and local area, returning them to in-store trolley bays - regardless of the weather.

You will work both indoors and outdoors, trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a full Australian driver's license and a safe driving record. You will also need to obtain a full driver license history check.

In addition to collecting trolleys, you will work through a cleaning checklist throughout the store. This will involve using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors, as well as clean shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.

About You:
  • You will have a strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
  • You will be passionate about working safely and abide by Coles Safe Work practices.
  • You will set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • You will be active and physically fit, constantly on the go and lifting up to 17kgs.
