We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager who possesses excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You will have a Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent and ideally, previous experience in a similar role.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food purchasing, storage, handling, and preparation, ensuring that our kitchen operates safely and efficiently. You will also implement infection control principles and practices as per our infection control policies.

The successful candidate will have strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders and manage budgets.
