We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary clinic team in Springfield, Queensland.
Job SummaryThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a mixed ages caseload, assessing, diagnosing, and treating various communication and swallowing disorders. You will develop and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring patients progress towards their health goals, and track their progress through NDIS report writing.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in clients of various ages
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet client needs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
- Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year
- $15,000 annual benefits package (includes company car and fuel allowance)
- $3,000 professional development allowance for external training
- AHPRA registration and CPR training paid for
- Company car for private and personal use provided
