As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in developing engaging content for our customers. You'll work closely with our marketing teams to create compelling stories that capture the hearts of our audience.

With a passion for pets and a flair for creativity, you'll bring new ideas to the table and drive engagement across our social media channels. Your expertise will help us achieve our goal of becoming the go-to online pet store in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop content for use across our social media channels
  • Execute social media strategy and develop social content with guidance from our Content Marketing Manager
  • Be the go-to-person for content on our site, owning our promo calendar and working closely with our SEO agency to develop high-performing blog and collection page content
Experience and Skills Required

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Degree in marketing/communication or equivalent discipline
  • 1-2 years experience in e-commerce, retail, CRM or digital
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A creative flair and love of creating content that captures attention (photography and/or video skills a bonus)
  • Passion for writing and creating, with great attention to detail
  • Understanding of organic social channels best practices and tactics to drive growth and engagement
