As part of our OPSM team in Alice Springs, you will be involved in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customers find the perfect luxury frames from brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co. and Gucci.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Retail Assistant, you will have the chance to work with high-fashion products and provide personalized advice to customers.

What does this role involve?

  • You will assist customers with frame selection and customization
  • You will maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with brand launches and promotions
  • You will work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Retail experience – optical desired but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and a quick learner
