Working in close collaboration with internal colleagues and external partners, you will help shape inclusive employment opportunities and create programs that have a lasting impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of employability initiatives tailored for students with disability.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues across departments to ensure alignment and accessibility of programs.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with employers, advocacy organizations, and industry partners to create inclusive employment opportunities.
  • Provide individualized career advice and connect students with resources and services to support their transition to work.

**About You:**

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic professional who is passionate about equity and inclusion. To be successful, you will bring:

  • A relevant qualification in education, human resources, social work, or a related field, and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience/training.
  • Strong relationship management and networking skills, with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders.
  • An understanding of issues facing students with disability and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt for diverse audiences.
