We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, inspire and educate customers on pet care, and contribute to a fun and supportive store environment.

• Provide memorable customer interactions and deliver exceptional customer service
• Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
• Complete sales transactions and work towards achieving set store sales goals
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment

• A passion for animals and delivering excellent customer service
• Experience in a similar retail environment
• Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
