Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients with mental health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Conduct assessments and triage patients to determine level of care required
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a mental health specialization
- Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably with case management and triage
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software
