We empower individuals to reach their educational and employment aspirations through both experiential and classroom-based learning.
- Deliver comprehensive student support from the initial enrolment phase to course completion.
- Engage with student guardians (for students under 18) to provide essential information throughout their educational journey.
- Address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate student records in both electronic and physical formats.
- Update and manage student data as required.
- Compile reports on student and course metrics as requested by management.
- Facilitate student enrolments and collaborate with business development to ensure complete and valid documentation.
- Conduct verification checks and gather information as needed to ensure the integrity of student data.
- Assist the Training Coordinator in managing training plans and sequences.
- Support the Training Coordinator in organizing and preparing for RTO courses.
- Provide administrative assistance to team members, including:
- Handling phone inquiries.
- Performing printing and scanning tasks.
- Coordinating equipment and resources.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Organizing filing and archiving systems.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong data entry and word processing skills.
- Excellent written communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels in a clear and positive manner.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, organize work effectively, and meet established deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
- Experience working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment under supervision.
- A proactive mindset towards resolving issues and inquiries.
- A flexible and mature approach to work responsibilities, coupled with a willingness to learn.
- Qualifications such as a Certificate in business or office administration are highly regarded.
